Play as a guest and use a nickname that is appropriate for a public game. Duplicate names are allowed. A nickname does not prove identity.

Only server-verified results may appear on global rankings. Modified clients, fabricated actions and automated score submissions may be rejected or removed. Rules and scoring versions remain distinguishable.

Performance statistics describe gameplay, not intelligence or medical ability. Automated content checks cannot replace human editorial review. Incorrect or ambiguous content can be corrected in a new engine version.

The game and leaderboard may be temporarily unavailable. Local storage depends on your browser and device. No purchases, paid lives or advertising are active.
